Description: We prepare our Cascara Sagrada Extract from the bark of Frangula purshiana trees, which is Custom Wildcrafted in its wild mountain habitat in the Pacific Northwest. The bark is never fumigated or irradiated.

To assure a mild, non-irritating action, the bark is sun-dried, and is then aged for one year before being extracted.
